Choose the right kind of report
Playback failures, incorrect channel metadata, schedule mismatches and copyright or rights concerns follow different workflows. A rights holder requesting removal should use the copyright route, while a viewer seeing a timeout can use the general channel issue route.

Include the public channel page, approximate time and timezone, country or broad region, browser and the error label shown by AdiosTV. A screenshot may help if it excludes private tabs and account information. Do not copy a signed media URL from developer tools.
What happens next
Urgent, credible rights and safety reports can pause a listing immediately. Routine playback reports are compared with health checks and other anonymous outcomes. We may ask for clarification, but we will never ask for a playlist password or service account.
